The Recreational Golfer's Game

 

TeeGolf is a new golf game using revised United States Golf Association (USGA) and Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews rules.

It can be played on any championship, executive, par three, or pitch and putt course. No special facilities or equipment are required.

Designed to make golf easier for the average recreational or casual golfer, TeeGolf will lower your golf score!! Here's why::

No more taking a chunk of grass (divot) to hit the ball cleanly.

No more having to create a sand storm to get the ball out of a sand trap.

Three chances to take a better shot from anywhere on the golf course (3 mulligans per 9-hole round that don't count against your score).

Improve your lie anywhere on the course except the green to get a better swing at the ball.

Significantly improve your chances of taking a clean shot from the rough (set on tee and improve lie).

Have a better chance of hitting the ball where you want.

No restrictions on golf clubs or balls (which have been banned by the USGA because the ball can be hit too far).

Reduced chance of catching the club head in the grass, increasing your chances of striking the ball cleanly.

As a side note: Do you feel guilty or embarrased when you take a divot on the fairway? A classic characteristic of a recreational golfer. TeeGolf will reduce the number of divots that a golfer takes. That should make the golf course maintenance people happy. Less divots to repair.

TeeGolf is not trying to replace regular golf, but is an attempt to make the game of golf more enjoyable--and easier--for the recreational player. And for the beginning golfer.

Of course the golf score you get with TeeGolf cannot be compared with the golf score you get using regular USGA rules since you're using different rules.
